The property, views, comfort within the house, laundry was so helpful since we were 3/4 of the way through our trip. The back shower was super helpful too.
The floor was quite squeaky, it was hard to be quiet when someone was still sleeping in the morning. Also, it's very important that folks know you do NOT want to do anything that needs water if you have someone in the back room, it was so loud. I'm not sure if it's a system that gets the hotwater or what it is, but maybe insulating that since their is bed just on the other side of that wall.
